Twin tails?

 

                        This is an old upload from way back in march that I never posted haha (*ﾉ∀`*)

But I tried my hand at long twintails today? This wig is really pretty in real life, super soft and not too shiny in sunlight. I wore my same everyday make as always and I attempted a cutesy Sanrio Co*De,,,,but in the end I think it turned out a little too gimmicky rather than an actual good outfit.

                                  Lately I am obsessed with Capybarasan, he's too adorable for this world

               My favorite point of this outfit w,,,,,,,the skirt barely peeking out from under the sweater gets extra cute points in my book

My biggest issue is that I get frustrated wearing wigs too quickly when I'm not in cosplay, so I took it off immediately after a couple bad quality selfies, but such is the life I guess

Today has been a really rainy day in my heart unfortunately (*´ー｀*) I don’t know why but my mood has been so low 

 

I had a really hard time sleeping and wasn’t able to fall asleep until 4-5 in the morning, and I ended up feeling really sick when I woke up so I ended up having to call out from one of my jobs!! Anxiety has been a huge bitch lately and I hope I get tf over whatever I’ve been on the last few weeks because I’m tired of struggling to regulate my moods (｀_´)ゞ

But once I was up and moving for the day there was a few good things that happened!! 

 

 

         

  My new sunscreen came in, I ran out and got complacent with not wearing any but I finally committed to another bottle ^_^ This is my favorite brand that I like to use under my makeup, because it's not too sticky or thick and it still does a good job at keeping my cheeks from getting burned. I'm super pale and quick to burn in the sun so I need to be extra careful.

 

 

 

 Also in the mail I got these clear canister/container things for my bathroom, to keep qtips, makeup pads, and band-aids in at the ready on my shelf. They're very simple but they do what I need them too and they are cute I think!

Today I brushed through my hair and realized how well it's been recovering from the intense damage I accidentally gave it from bleaching it and redying it black twice in a week,,,,,but it's getting back to it's original soft texture slowly but surely, and cutting it all off to let it grow fresh was a good idea I think. 

 

Resting at home to recover from the night before was a good idea, but I still had to go to work at my second job and so I eventually left the house with my friend to get some snacks before going in.

 

We went to the Asian Market near my job and they had Konpeito??? I haven't seen this in stock recently so I grabbed a bag to munch on. I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but once in a while things like this taste rlly good in the moment. 

I also got a BBQ steam bun and this Yuzu/Peach soda which was really good! Like I said I'm not a huge sweets person, so the bitterness of the Yuzu and the mellow flavor of the peach made this a really good drink IMO

For the rest of the day I just worked at the library, nothing extraordinary happened except my dad stopped by to bring me some enchiladas for dinner since they had leftovers, and they were really good, I felt grateful since I realized I hadn't eaten a real meal all day

Now I am on my way to the bus and I work really early in the morning so I basically have to go to bed as soon as I get back to my apartment ( ´_ゝ`)

First post of 2022??!!!

 

 Today I am blogging from,,,,the bathtub (｀_´)ゞ I have no self restraint and I’ve been spending hours in the tub every time I take a bath lately so I figured I would give an update white I have a little time before bed! 

On Monday I was in the hospital doing testing and ultrasounds bc I have been really sick the last few months, and on Tuesday I was still really tired from it all so I ended up calling out from my second job so I could rest!! Turns out rest wouldn’t come easy because Sam and Oliver showed up to my apartment to surprise me with hotpot for dinner!! 

The evening was much crazier than I planned so I’m going to bed earlier tonight to compensate, but I had a love of fun and I really love any chance I get to see Oliver ^_^ 

The next morning Oliver and I woke up really early, and since Sammy was still tired we decided to go to the bookstore, and then a comic store that we like to nab some books, so here’s my small photo dump from that (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

I bought some books I’ve been on the hunt for and I’m excited to read them all hopefully tomorrow !!

We all crashed in my living room the night before so we mostly layed low, watched a movie called Death Sentence, and then played Jackbox !! 

When everyone went home I had a huge mood drop because I missed everyone already (/ _ ; ) I like having everyone around and I’m sad when I can’t have my friends with me, but ofc real life responsibility always gets in the way 💀💀💀💀💀💀 But I felt so sad when I was left to my own devices again, and I’m not looking forward to the next few weeks where I’m going to be really busy again and I’m probably not going to be able to see much of my friends 🥵

But that’s all I have for now! Hopefully I will be doing a post about my updated skincare products I like soon, as well as a buyee haul if I muster up the time to do them (о´∀`о) maybe I’ll actually update this blog more than once every five months

Hey everyone! ☆ I’m typing from my bed today because I got very lazy, today is one of the days I don’t work at my second job so it’s really nice to just have a day where I don’t have to worry as much 

Today’s after work outfit isn’t really enough for me to call it a co*de but it was very cute and comfy and maybe one day I’ll build upon it and make it more jazzed up!!!

I came home today to cook a tuna bake using a new recipe I made and it turned out really nice!! It’s a recipe I definitely want to use again in the future and Tea really liked it (*´꒳`*)

Then we ate together and watched some of the Witcher show, I’m a big fan of the games and so the show is different ofc and it makes it a little hard to adjust to at times, but Henry Cavill makes a really good Gerald !!!! So it’s worth it ^q^ I also got these cute socks in the bargain section at my local target and they’re super super comfy,,,I really would like to match them to an outfit but they’re super nice just as something to lounge around the house in as well I think 

And that’s really most of my day! Other than that I spent the day working and/or chatting with friends on my jfashion group for my local area! My currently life has 0 work/personal life balance as I’m working usually 70+ hours a week, but I really want things to smooth out soon! For now I am waiting for the laundry to finish so I can go to bed TT-TT but I’ll post soon with some of my current inspos and gets!!!

Sooo I sat there and said I’d post on my blog as much as possible and then proceeded not to for almost 2 months

 _:(´ཀ`」 ∠): but I am here now for a small update!!! I moved into my new apartment and I’m super in love and excited to decorate it as I settle in! Tea is likely moving in with me and I’m happy because I miss having people that I can chill with around the house 

Bc I have gone so long without updating I also came into a second job as a manager at a local restaurant 😳😳😳 it’s not my favorite work but the money is much better than what I make from my first job so I will push through until I find something better for myself (´∀｀*) it makes it harder and harder for me to find time for myself tho so I need to make sure to work hard not to burn out!!  

My current booms at the current moment are Rilakkuma (as you can see 😆) and Liz lisa ponchos!!!! I ordered sooo many from buyee and I’m waiting to see if there’s anything else I wanna buy before I ship it all to myself hehehe ♪(´ε｀ ) maybe I shouldn’t spend that money but shhh 

The night before last, I had Tea and Oliver come over and we had a fun sleepover 😳 Tea was already passed out by the time Oliver got to my apartment so we mostly chatted and hung out, I really miss the days where we got to see each other a lot either at my old apartment or at cons _:(´ཀ`」 ∠): but we got to have a good time I think so that’s ok ✌️✨

We went to the bookstore and then went to target, and I’ll talk more about my gets in a later post, but then we came home for hotpot!!! Tea and I bought one and it’s been our favorite ever thing since, it’s a really good investment so we don’t have to go out to get hotpot if we’re wanting to be lazy, which is a lot 😆😆😆

I don’t love my current top lashes, they’re a little too natural for my taste but they’re my backups, as my cat ate my last pair of the kind I really liked 💀💀💀

But look how cute Oliver and I look (´∀｀*)💖 we both bought new Kigus and got to be super cozy together while we hung out

Hair Plans and Drugstore gets

I’ve managed to survive to Saturday! 🎉🎉🎉 I work a double shift today which is a huge bummer, but then I work a little tomorrow and afterwards I’ll have a full day off ヾ(ﾟｪﾟゞ) But let’s talk about more fun things! 

I have been putting a lot of thought into caring more properly for my hair and finding good ways to style it, as it’s always kind of wild and hard to control, but also a little damaged from me constantly dying my hair as a teenager 💀💀💀

I’ve switched to a new shampoo and conditioner because I learned tressemé is so unreliable and bad for your hair, and I’ve noticed I’ve been losing a lot less hair since the transition! But that leads me to styling inspo, because I really want to keep my hair short while maintaining a good look for gal, because I think that’s one of the things I fall flattest with at this point in time 😳

In my research I’ve found a lot of super cute styles I like but one specific gyaru model just really inspires me a ton and that is…..Kyiiripu (ﾉ∀＼*)

I reeeeeallly love how she’s able to obtain such a sleek look with her hair while still maintaining her aesthetic, and I think about getting my hair done somewhat similarly to the first photo! Still fluffy and cute but it looks short and easier to maintain, which is is good starting spot for me 😳 Kyiiripu is just one of my main gal inspos in general, she really blows me away with how gorgeous she is 😭😭💖✨

I also went to the drugstore yesterday to pick up a prescription of mine, as well as cat food, and ended up picking a few other things up as a small treat (〃∇〃)

My fave strawberry donuts 💖 I don’t like to buy them often because I feel super impulsive to eat a ton of them at once, but I’ve been doing really good with my diet so I felt like a small treat would be ok 

Then I found this beautiful hair clip?? I loved the gems and the dark color (it’s actually blue but the photo doesn’t let u see that ) and I immediately fell hard in love （*´▽｀*）And then I bought my fave lash glue because my old one is getting to the point where it’s clumping up and drying in the bottle, but if you’re looking for a reliable glue I highly recommend it!! I use it for cosplay as well and it’s survived 10+ hours at conventions and still comes off cleanly at the end, it also washes off my lashes really well so glue buildup is not a problem! 

I left the store and met with my mom, and we ate fried mushrooms together before I headed home, and I spent the rest of the night there watching TV while I cooked dinner and then packed more of my stuff! 

This weekend is going to be packed full of sewing and packing so I don’t know if I have time to do any special looks or anything, but I have some packages coming soon so I will be posting a haul or two soon! Both brand and off brand 😳💖 But until then have a good weekend!!!  

Boiling heat TT^TT ☆

Happy Thursday !!! I'm very ready for the week to end, even though the next week is likely going to be the same ordeal (↼_↼)

Today was not much of anything special, I went to work and came home and tried to pick up a bit in my messy apartment and pack up for moving, but Fig fell asleep on me immediately for like an hour while I was watching Lucky Star and it made my day infinitley less productive ヽ(ˇヘˇ)ノ It can't be helped when she sleeps like a tiny angel

By the time I was up and running after her nap, my roommate came home and was going to our local target and asked me if I would like to come. I figured I have not had any fun outtings this week and work has kept me with little to no free time, so I decided to come!!! I did a very simple makeup shown here (photos taken after the wind and sun destroyed my bangs, I won't be taking questions on that (￣▽￣*)ゞ)

Today's CO*DE is inspired by,,,,,well a couple things, but everything is basically offbrand. I'm currently having a huge ruffle skirt boom, and I love how they pair with long shirts and sweaters like this!!

While we were there we grabbed a few small groceries and things, but these are my personal gets for the day!☆ Nothing necessarily gal related but still exciting for me  (⁄ ⁄>⁄ ▽ ⁄<⁄ ⁄)

 

 I bought a new face wash to try, it's a milky cleanser and it says it's meant for the dry skin club, of which I am the queen sadly, so I hope it helps out!! I also got a new dry shampoo to help my hair volume on days when it needs the help between my tough shifts (or just in general) and a new bodywash that smells like vanilla and lavender!! It's super warm smelling and I love it, I think it'll pair really nicely with my rose sugar scrub I've been totally hooked on
♡ ～('▽^人) Maybe it's a little embarrassing that the height of my week has been bath products, but what can ya do

The makeup items I bought were the NYX can't stop won't stop concealer, which is one of the few that I've been able to find in my shade that don't also cake me up to hell and back (￣ ￣|||) Then I got my fave ELF primer, it's cheap and reliable, but I think I may start looking for something more versatile because it's always a mystery if it's going to work well with a foundation or not, and lastly I bought a new makeup sponge! This one has such a pretty marble effect, and it's been high time that I replace my old one. It's embarrassing that it's basically falling apart at the seams, and no matter how many times I wash it, it's just forever foundation stained, you can't even tell that it was once hot pink TT^TT

The last thing that happened to me today was that I found out Pitchi Pitchi Pitch is getting a sequel manga (?) and my heart is so excited! It's one of my fave series from my childhood and the art seems so pretty??? It's allegedly about Luchia's daughter, but I'm not sure what is true? Here is the promo art that has leaked 

The style is super beautiful, but I can't tell if this is Luchia or if it's supposed to be her daughter

ヾ(`ヘ´)ﾉﾞ I really hope it's just promo art of Luchia because idk, I think it'd be a little uninspired and boring if she looks just like her mom rehashed, at that point we could just have a sequel about the original cast you know what I mean?? Fingers crossed
